Meet the Chefs

Thom Jer Bacalso, owner of LAMOii Food and Beverage Station, is a retired seafarer who venture in food business together with his wife Cyril Bacalso in order to pursue his dreams as an entrepreneur and be with his family for good.

Though the company started selling in food stalls since April 2022, dreaming big and scaling up lead to the idea of making ready mix pouches in order to cater the need in helping every Filipino households enjoy their favorite food with no more hassle to gather the ingredients in the market and have the right recipe mixture at the palm of their hands while enjoying it at the comfort of their homes.

Being a Sign Off Business Academy student, gives him a strong foundation with the right mentorship and Coaching, that enables him to pursue these dreams while building a stronger character (EQ) and honing his entrepreneurial skills (IQ).

Both Thom and Cyril were working students back in their college days, so our staffs are mostly working students who are very dedicated in their assigned task while having the right mindset and determination in achieving the LAMOii Dreams and Mission.
